Landon Karaberis is a co-founder of Karaberis Restoration and plays a key role in overseeing operations, business development, and customer relations. Having grown up around the restoration industry, he developed an early understanding of how claims work and where homeowners are often underserved.

He is focused on building a company that puts homeowners first and ensures every project is handled with urgency and care. Landon works closely with clients throughout the process, helping them navigate insurance claims and making sure their property is restored the right way.

Tony Vance serves as the Lead Estimator at Karaberis Restoration, handling job scoping, documentation, and communication with insurance companies. He has extensive experience using Xactimate and understands how to properly value a loss to make sure nothing is missed.
